Well, the quarterly was a "price sensitive" announcement alright - but I suspect the Board were expecting the share price to go upwards.
Instead it has dropped 15% (so far) since the announcement (1 week ago!) and 34% since its yearly high in May.
IMO, until the offtakes and financing are announced, I can see it dropping all the way back to 16c at least.
Although the ingredients of this cake hasn't changed (yet), it doesn't take much to scare people off.
