The million dollar question that if I was able to answer I would be living as a day trader!
a) I day trade some times, but I never went through all the learning on technical analysis required to master the day trade skills. But most shares trade within zones, and some traders use fibonacci to try to predict future behavior of the share price. Using 27 cents as the high and 19 as low, then possible zones of retracement for CXX are 20.88 (23.8%), 22.06 (38.2%), 23 (50%), 23.9 (61.8%), 25.1 (76.4%) and 30.06 (138.2%).
b) Share price showed technical analysis weakness, so there is a potential profit opportunity here. So, they are most likely driven by technical side, not fundamentals.
