The arrival of samples is great news. We know they have to be reworked and camera installed so a week or two till lift off. Maybe a little longer before everything is working as it should but the end is near.

Don't talk this up for xmas sales because it can't happen. This is for next year release. It is just not possible to secure orders, build and deliver before xmas.

If they are smart they will have a controlled release to gauge customer demand and put the support systems in place to manage the problems that will come from the release. (logistics, after sales support, tech support etc etc)

I think it strange the news came from another poster rather than IOT direct. The ongoing lack of information from these guys does not gel with a new product release.

Look fair call. I'll take that. Nb: you will note that I haven't talked up the prospect of immediate sales. I believe in this company's fundamentals, both with the ROAMe and with the OTT - from what I have read. I'm not too particular on the Christmas deadline. If they have big box retailers sorted that'll work with or without the Christmas deadline IMO. The same way sunbeam sells their irons etc. IMO.
