This is totally normal damorgs. Starting up a mine again requires quite a lot of re-establishment of highwall ramps and accesses as the previous owners, before ceasing operation, would've collapsed all the benches and raped and pillaged as much coal as they could, they would've been crazy not too. Now that this pre strip 'buy in' is out of the way the future looks great for SMR, especially if current coal prices hold.
