Looks like @marcopolo3 was spot on in the other thread about the issue being getting money out of China. I was having serious doubts earlier this week with the buyback delay, but after getting a response from Andrew and the release of this announcement I'm confident again. The announcement looks good, very healthy growth and can't see anything that doesn't add up.
Let's hope they can resolve the bank issue soon.
