What you have stated is very true. I’m an investor who is constantly reading and I first stumbled on ARL when they were 80 cents and I started to feel cobalt was beginning a run. At the time I couldn’t pull the trigger and felt I had time but these movements of late had me scrambling because I felt a strong re-rate was on the cards especially after AUZ ran from 2 cents to 13 over a very short timeframe.
With the minimal shares available ARL could bump sharply if its re-rated in accordance to its peers.
