I want to know how many patients they have recruited and dosed so far. The information from this announcement regarding the gvhd trial progress is 'the Company expects to conduct the...[8 patient safety] analysis in the near future', 'the Company is approaching the half-way point analysis...[which] will be conducted 28 days after the eighth patient is dosed.'

In my view, you don't say 'we are pleased with the recruitment progress to date' without giving any hard information about the recruitment progress to date unless you're trying to mislead people into thinking that the progress is better than it actually is.

The fact you can imply here is that they haven't recruited 8 patients yet, and the intentional ambiguity worries me about how many they have actually recruited.
