I decided to hold back my thoughts on this result until after the market closed. To put it simply they are abysmal. Revenue growth is declining and they are NOT going to cost cut their way to profitability. $75 Smart Plan has no plan for success, a total rejection by Agents. This may well be a patient investor's stock but my patients is wearing very thin.
Management better find away to generate some new revenue fast.
