Sounds like most if not all of the outflow for the quarter was from Mesirow which would indicate around 12% of the acquired Mesirow AUM left in the 1st quarter after being acquired. Not a great start although perhaps this will moderate going forward. At least they haven't paid any upfront cash for Mesirow, it's just earn-out based.
However analysts have been pretty bullish pricing in earnings from Mesirow which may well prove optimistic now.
