I hope for both our sakes that you are wrong (fingers crossed, touching wood, sticking needles in eye and all that jazz). It's a bit far fetched to think he's being allowed to pillage the company for shares and compensation whilst not delivering whilst the other directors (Peter VDM especially - this is his life's work) let it happen without contest.
