Yes, that is my interpretation. SNtech seem to be claiming they are not/no longer using BRN technology, or using less of it than BRN imagine, or have adapted it and own the new IP. This would be pretty much the worst possible scenario.
Allso was there no mention of Quantum I saw, so likely that deal is dead?
Some promising stuff also re surveillance etc, lets hope more detail in webinar..
