That's the way I read it too. Basically, this is unchartered technological territory and it's taking a bit more time than expected (although I would argue that they should have more accurate expectations/forecasts and timelines) but LDN can assure us that the money is coming (and by the sounds of it, still without the need for capital raising for all those who were speculating).
