Fair enough if you aren’t concerned, but you’ve proven my point - Tampia is in a farming area.
Which means that there are competing land uses. Objections can be about specific aspects of a development, not against the general concept.
On face value the appeal at greenfinch might have little merit, for the reasons RMS has stated, but it has held up the project regardless.

Appeal as at the date of announcement not yet lodged, but the project is on hold.
