Current Assets ($32.874M) - Current Liabilities = negative $3.5M
Outside of the asset sale, trade payables has ballooned up by around $4M.
The company is totally reliant on MOB not taking the property away and selling it an amount equal to what they are owed.
Would explain why it is not trading IMO.
