They have finally finished taking the samples. Potential customers will soon be able to decide if they want to buy graphite from SVM. Long-term purchase contracts would be the jackpot.
They continue to try to gain higher rutile concentrations. The prices of high-quality rutile continue to rise.
When I read the report I am happy about the many small successes in 2018. Of course the share price does not reflect this. With many explorers, large investors have withdrawn their capital. But I believe that the capital will soon flow back into good projects.
In many details, PFS should already be on a par with DFS. It could be worth waiting.
The government must implement the new mining law. SVM can't say anything about that. I am very satisfied with the report.
