If Sargon is wanting to get fund managers and other investors onside for an IPO or some other capital event, it would make sense to pay up and not trash their (Sargon's) reputation. One month to go, then we will know, no announcement from OVH at the end of day, 30 November will herald difficulties for OVH management. Maybe that is why the cash is due after the AGM. The maybe we will receive the divide OVH announced to pay last year but failed to pay.
