I'll agree that the board have not shown mastery of using to their advantage the BHP news from 2nd drilling program

and that was somewhat surprising, I expected some agility in their ability to use the opportunity to promote their assets next to what's looking more and more like a world class stand alone new Mining Project for BHP

but for some reason they didn't

so that's on me for giving them more credit than they deserve ...

so it's undervalued imo .. due to lack of Board knowledge on how to promote a good thing when they've got it staring them in the face

I would hope that they are closer to the deal than you think - therefore not using the BHP news (maybe as requested from BHP)

If CHK is closing a deal, not much would be said - hence the Qtrly report having minimal info other than - been in advanced negotiations and discussions with some of the major companies operating in the region. As soon as something is finalized we will inform shareholders immediately

I am happy with that
