    CHK can get support $$$ from BHP for drilling program which
    - allows CHK to spend on drilling to meet the 80% rule
    - allows BHP to benefit through association with some opportunity to JV or part ownership (decision to be made later based on results/grades)

    RTIO has structured drilling support and ownership this way many times.
