You are correct, I was mistaken not including the recovery, I had not noticed recovery was so low to have such a substantial effect. Gold recovered is after the milling which is not always representative of mining when they mix ore going into the mill, so the gold mined is not irrelevant.
AISC is still based on the gold sold though not the gold produced so something like 2800AUD. Cash costs 2200 ish so yes it is making a loss still. I stand corrected.
