One thing I've noticed of late is under the new management they are being very conservative with their estimates. For example with CanniFarms they mention 1st crops within 6 months 3Q 2020. I'd assume as soon as they get their license they'll plant as quickly as Oakum did, and as they're at the final stage I'd expect approval any day now certainly within a month & planting soon after - they probably mean FY Q3

Re Freshero, as far as I'm aware they are just tidying up some fine print, and yes I'd expect a JV signed before Christmas/NY.
