Some interesting points. I wonder though with mainly selling through 3rd party websites do you actually build up any customer loyalty? Is it just price that is king? Certainly when I buy from such sites I know what product I want - I'm just scanning for the best price and I give the customer reviews a quick glance to make sure they're not cowboys.

I think you're right about mainly local sales - the recent release talked about being the top ranked Amazon Australia seller. I would like to see a breakdown of revenue's v costs though for the various platforms/businesses to see whats what.

In the business that they're in we're unlikely to see any amazing announcements that might act as a market catalyst other than how much cash they make. For me this is why becoming cashflow+ will be the sentiment changer. We're not there yet but sit tight until January and who knows?
