They mention annual non-recurring items totaling $783k and expect outflows in next quarters to be in the range of $370k meaning 3+ quarters cash remaining.
There are very few shares on issue. Agree they may need to raise but I suspect dilution won't be large, as in maybe 10m more shares at $0.20 to raise $2m for example so 20%+ dilution.
