That not true, "the company" is GMC. GMC is owed A$16.5m by a 74.89% subsidiary PT Gulf Mangan Grup (PT GMG). PT GMG also owes its 25.11% equity holder, PT JGI, approx., A$5.6m.

Its pretty obvious that there will be ongoing discussions, related to the PT JGI loan, between the relevant parties. Its customary for such any such discussions to be treated as "commercial in confidence" and also that they not be the subject of any ASX announcements unless/until some formal binding agreement has been executed.
