roanhoy: THANKS for that information. Interestingly, another company Mr. Hopper is involved in has its AGM on the very same day. Even more by chance, both those stocks did CLOSE today at the SAME share-price level, i.e. 5.6 cents. Will be interesting to see which one of the two will have a more SOLID increase by the time the AGM will take place...
