    Think you have mis-interpreted this. What it means is that these zones where too deep to exploit via open pit (ore:waste ration and geotechnically constrained), can potentially be mined via underground methods. Open-pit and undergound have different economics with underground generally requiring higher grades.
    If the mineralisation plunges to the north into the State Forrest below what can be mined with open pit then sure an underground development may follow-it but it would be cost prohibitive to develop undergound whilst not in ore just to access State Forrest.

    State Forrest is not an issue - if economic mineralisation is defined in State Forrest those areas can be offset by CHN giving the State additional land that they have purchased (freehold) and redesignated as State Forrest. This is what has happend at Boddington, Jarrahdale, Greenbushes etc
