Sally, the slide for contract details of SC54 is clearer in the 6th of September announcement. It is a standard agreement for Philippines. The one note though is the 6th of September slide has a point that the SC54A has $150m in recoverable cost, my understanding is this comes out of the 70% portion so SGC gets a large proportion until the total sunk cost of a 150 million dollars is recovered.

Some more information on the Nido assets would be helpful though.
