Like a lot smaller Gold companies in WA, Staffing is a big issue, particularly Quality staff who can run a mine and all the ongoing issues. With the borders still closed this will prevent a challenge moving forward.
Not sure how qualified the present mine manager is, however the MD needs to kick some ass. They are all on big money, so need to show some real leadership and get some expertise in. Planning problems and maintenence issues is not acceptable at this level in my opinion. Someone need to be accountable here and manage the problems. All of us Shareholders are counting on them......

This mine has excellent potential.....
