Additional analyses, yes. What you have highlighted there in the initial acute eGFR drop is a known phenomenon across the SGLT2 class of drugs. This can last around 6 months before eGFR stabilises, so you can see how important that is to factor that in to testing with PromarkerD as an eGFR drop is normally associated with worsening kidney function.
