These are very serious issues highlighted by the posters above. Multi lawsuits against EN1, none or very little of them disclosed to the market... EN1 issuing shares to the order of AUD $200,000 to settle disputes, an amount which is 1/30 of the market cap of this company...
Company yet to make any net profit...
Shares down 99% since listing...
