(what was the reasoning behind their downgrade, did they mention it? - was it purely risk based? (Energy crisis in China?) and did they seem happy with responses)

as a side note:
i was happy with the close SP today - chart looks very much like it did it June - nice new Steeper uptrend May be forming over last few weeks and little spike up came back but within that uptrend channel
