If GOR have a water tight commitment over 19.9% of the company, game over with that plan. The Grand Master can be beaten.
My memory is foggy, RMS did have a big old fight for Frogs Legs back in the day.
Just need to stitch up a takeover from the outset and not be out manuovered like that.
