Like all of these early starters, its a case of bottom draw and one day, all things lined up, it goes beserk. Selling a couples months before that is heart wrenching. Ive done it, i know.
Best to forget about it like youve done last year or so, and maintain a placid approach.
Remember, GAL is 3 times our MC. With, IMO, not much more going for it.
