To add insult to injury the DRP comes with a further 1.5% discount! You would be silly not to participate. As a consequence I do not consider TOT an income stock despite the high yield. This is not a SH friendly management, prioritising growing the AUM to get bigger fees...
I wonder if the discount could make it a potential target for Geoff Wilson's WAR. GDC is already in WAR and the discount in LIC has shrunk in the last 6 month (in part thanks to Geoff corporate actions). No more quality LIC trading at 25% discount unlike a year ago.
