I'm struggling to get my head around this attempted IAP takeover. As they mentioned in today's announcement there is no guarantee that 360 could even get funding and they also seem to be relying on third parties taking chunks of the IAP portfolio to make it work if it did go through. Maybe it's just to show the holders that their going to try and do something big to close the NTA gap? I don't think there is a long term future in TOT just being made up of small strategic holdings in other REITS
