I tend to agree timbowls. I feel that their thesis was to build a shareholding in IAP, gain a seat on the board, agitate for change to realise hidden value. They didn't get a seat. The flex to make a bid for IAP was to force IAP to revalue....that has happened.
I do wonder if shareholders are paying 2 layers of management fees. One to TOT then another to IAP. But on balance this is a hold for yield with a "hope" the discount to NTA closes.
