The distribution is down.
The 'profit' that previous distributions came out of included property 'revaluations'. They do not appear to make sufficient operating revenue to make distributions out of profit that do not include revaluations. You can probably not make revaluations every quarter.
This 'safe' investment does not seem to make enough revenue. The absence of debt denies them leverage. This may change.
I do not hold so I had better not post for a while- not to become a down ramper.
Will continue to observe.
