    One thing for DSE which I think will be a differentiation compared to peers, they are now increasing staff / sales costs on a profitable growth... Compared to lots of other high growth peer slashing sales / staff costs in order to try and turn an operating profit. Conservative well run business, all the right ingredients for growth to be maintained or accelerate.
