After last months series of approvals, and the hope things would actually start moving, it's seems a giant step backwards to the annual report that is filled with so much promise, but the words "evaluting/evalution" appear way too much to have any hope of seeing anything actually progressing past investigation this year.
Or am I just bitter and twisted that what seemed so promising last year, has a big fat red number in my spreadsheet with no propect of becoming green in the near term.
