    Hello MD,
I am unsure if where you write "Some say on here Covid and lack of quality employees is the draw back..........well how long have GXY and ORE been in Argentina training staff?" is in response to my own thoughts, but I will say, I do not say there is lack of quality employees, but hey it is a possibility that more skilled people could be required whether they can source them or not.

I try to think through as many aspects about a situation as I can. As someone who has worked for a large corporate entity, my role being one that was "on the ground", even after near 20 years I could make a mistake or two, and while no one wants that, it just happens sometimes. One I recall would have cost a good $20k, plus the downtime, and the events leading to it were not all within my own control, nor was a lack of experience or being poorly trained the cause. Thinking back to the beginnings of that career when I was greener, other mistakes were definitely made due to lack of experience but it did not mean I was not or were not on my way to becoming a high quality worker in my field. It's all part of it. To my observation, I've witnessed a small minority of workers over time who were very bad for the company. Then there were others average, others who were excellent and again others beyond excellent. But how well or poorly we did would come and reflect back on the manager above us and also the company, not that the people at the very top would know it. We were the hands and feet of the company's end delivery and could easily cause downtimes, delays and loss of business if things went wrong. Perhaps that helps give a little insight of where I was coming from.

As for delays caused by covid and the war, if that is still unacceptable to some then I guess there's just no pleasing them, but the evidence is still there today of delays and disruptions affecting many industries so I can hardly think we are being lied to if that's what anyone should wish to imply.

I won't comment on your other opinions, as some of them bear no relevance to my own views, but in general we witness here over the years how in a passing moment people will forget all about the bigger picture (which requires time to unfold, yet is increasingly approaching). I am content with how things have been going here. Could things have been better right now if different decisions had been made in the past that would lead to other outcomes or further progress, sure, it's all a possibility, and it's also a possibility they could have been worse! But it is a waste to even think about that as it's all moved on, as well as the combinations of management over that time, who each would have had a unique influence to those situations and the outcomes that eventuated. Everything has happened how it has happened leading to where we find ourselves now, and that's all we can deal with. Now. I've never lost faith in the potential here, and now, we are seeing progress, even if the speed has not been to everyone's liking. That is why I make comment on people's comparisons with PLS and the ones who like to point and say "look they are kicking goals but over here we are not", as if AKE is failing at something. No, perhaps in their eyes we are not kicking goals, but, we should be -when the time comes. Different assets, different stages, different situations.
