I don't think that will be when all current contracts have ended, rather when PLS has caught up on all existing legacy contracts. From memory the majority of long term offtakes we have end in 2024. I assume that they may have lagged behind with delivery for whatever reason, and are using the second plant to catch up on legacy tonnes.
Regardless, come March quarter the tonnages will be free.
