A 2% dividend (on a $5.50 price) would be 11 cents pa (if paid twice in a year each might be 5.5c). Initial dividends are often low but 3.5% dividends are quite common and that would be about 20 cents pa (10c per h/y).
Of course, the current $5.50 share price is still rather low!!
