When PLS purchased ALO, all contracts were void, hence PLS putting the project on C&M.
Earlier this year, in March Qtr preso, the company announced they were behind on contract deliveries, probably to Yibin, as they were late with Pilgan plant improvement, for which Yibin paid 15 mill up front for additional 40kt per year
