I can only comment based on my experience as a user for the past 3 years. As I may have mentioned before, the Readcloud platform is very useful in my day to day classroom teaching. The company communicates roughly every 3 months with an offer for support or a tutorial on a new feature. I have heard nothing negative or that the school won't be renewing the service.
Not sure how the company's share price has been 'beaten down' to such low levels, but remain hopeful over the 2023 period.
