Glencore are just being tight and production will fall behind as a result, it's already starting. Their solution is to employee many of the same people back as contractors with many of them averaging $1500+ per day. There is no reward for being loyal to them these days. WHC is being creating to not only attract but also retain people which is great and if they weren't so remote I'd definitely go work for them
