if you have time, the presentation released 4 minutes later, is nice and clear about the hedging.
First page of the quarterly explains the AISC.
I believe the lease payments are in regards to their mining equipment (they are mostly owner operators).
But fair enough if you believe the company is not being transparent.
Perhaps you have not followed/held WGX for a long time?
The company's past transparency was.... shockingly bad.
