Markets are always right at that period of time, It may be rational or irrational for many reasons but market are never wrong.
3 year old toyota 4wd sells for 30k to 60k more than a new vehicle. Is the market wrong?
Maybe in two years time that might be crazy but right now that is what the market demands.
If I make a prediction a share is overvalued or undervalued, that is talking about my perception of the future and normally based on history or events. Predictions are not about right or wrong but wheather a market is sustainable or realistic long term.
