    Lark used to be 5.6 dollars per share in December 2021 until the CEO incident,
    then it crashed, today Lark is financially stronger than it was at 5.7 AUD.

    So a takeover at 3 AUD is nowhere near its true value that was demonstrated when at 5.6 AUD/Share.
