to flush out a special dividend , eliminating the flexability of having a war chest is not worth the short term satisfaction as a shareholder.
i would sooner see a share for share merger with someone like endeavour. When quartermaine is ready for his retirement , then this would be an ideal liquidity event. Personally, I see perseus being a great appendage to a current multi mine operation.
This would fit nicely into Endeavours african portfolio.
