I bought some Dexus just now. I can't see anything in this update to worry about too much. Dexus have also published their Australian Real Estate Quarterly review Q4 2023. Its also interesting reading. Its on the Dexus Insights section of their website.
I have also put an alert on for $6. If price gets down there i will probably buy some more.
