yes the cashflow impact should be revealed over the next few quarters but if LSR had received or is about to receive close to $800k why not announce it? Whats commercial in confidence about that ? Plus they made the deliberate point of it being immaterial Its been publicly announced as a claim for the last 15 months so what could make this deal CIC other than to hide disappointment to shareholders of one or both companies?
